I've lived here for 30 so years and I love the community

The Hill is the best. I had a medical issue and needed to move to no steps in the middle of my lease and they helped us out and I thank them for that.

Location is perfect.

The community provided excellent staff relations and a pleasant atmosphere throughout with many amenities to enjoy as a resident.

I would not recommend this property because some of the smaller communities outside of the Village do not go up in their rent as often for their long-term residents. I have recommended other places to my friends.

I love the property and the price, however I don t love the parking availability

I would say it s safe and a nice place to live, but the apartments need a lot of work done to them.

Issues already presented. With the rental prices as they are in The Village, I expect more than I would in other cheaper rental locations.

Only because the location is convenient.

The village is becoming overpriced. Some apartments are old but still costly. The village is not geared towards families, no playground and the 20something parties at the clubhouse.

Would: safety, quietness
wouldn't: pricey, old piPes get frequently clogged.

All the benefits of owning a house with none of the work and reasonable cost.

The Village community is a wonderful, quiet place to live. The neighbor hood allows for great walks in the wooded community, yet shopping centers and restaurants are all within a few miles.

I love the hill. I HATE how people complain about every little thing. Let me leave my trash out by my front door over the night! It s gonna be gone in the morning. My dog doesn t like a leash. GOOD GOD I DO PARK BETWEEN THE LINES. People need take a chill pill. Sorry, thank you for letting me vent.

Without these most recent issues with switching apartments within the Village I would have said yes without a doubt. But now that I know that it's very difficult to switch apartments I would hesitate a bit.
