mostly quiet, nice environment, decent price

It's a nice community, well maintained with good appliances and ammenities, just over priced.

Honestly, the apartments strike me as no different from any others in the same area, maybe even worse than the other local communities. I was given no reason to believe the community should stand out from the rest of the local communities or be any better than the rest. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience when I visited.

The agent did not show the community to the fullest, but the community was nice.

This is a safe place, has patrol that drives around the property. THe landscape is impeccable and their is a beautiful lake with ducks, turtles, and squirrels all over. It is like an outdoors recluse here. The proeprty is a bit older but the staff is helpful and friendly and has a great atmosphere.

The community was very attractive. The community offered access to the country club, which is a definite selling point. The community seemed new and well maintained. It is definitely a place one would want to live and offered a reasonable price tag.

Not that there's much wrong with this complex, but it is rather old. So two years ago when I moved in and my bathroom lights would shut off if my roommate and I were blow drying our hair at the same time, I was disheartened. HOWEVER, maintenance came immediately to the rescue and changed out the outlet plates so it could handle the wattage. They are so quick to responding and resolving problems. It was a nice change to have a leasing office that was so quick on their feet to respond.

The leasing professional made me want to go visit the sister community, though I would likely recommend this community to others.

It was an impressive community, and the complex itself was very well kept and up to date. There were some nice upgrades and little extras that made the apartment more impressive, such as the sleek black appliances in the kitchen, the custom paint, the crown moulding, the tile flooring in the kitchen, entry and bathrooms, the pantry and closet space, the large windows, and the faux wood blinds. All of these things gave the apartment a more upscale, desirable feel. Both leasing professionals did a great job at selling the apartment and the complex, both pointing out all the advantages of living there. They both mentioned being owned and managed by Lincoln properties. They both mentioned safety, being a gated complex and the alarm system, so it felt like a very safe community as well. It was an overall excellent shop experience, and I could easily envision myself living there.

From the moment I filled out my application on line until the time I left the apartment this morning my expectations have been exceeded. My apartment was spotless when I walked in the door with fresh paint and brand new carpet. The amenities are Grade A with your included "Village Country Club" membership. The community is very quiet and kid friendly. I would recommend The Cliffs to anyone.

Management has improved, maintenance requests are taken care of in a very timely manner. The property is kept up. The country club work out room is better than average.

The community itself was nice and clean. The apartment shown was clean, well kept and maintained. The leasing professional seemed to be robotic in a sense. She had run through the script several times and spoke very fast. She stood in the doorway quietly, as I viewed the apartment alone. From what I saw, I would say it was a nice community, good for the price and would want to be able to recommend the community to others. Unfortunately, from the leasing professionals attitude/lack of enthusiasm for the community itself I was turned off.

The Cliff was a nice apartment community, its location in the Village was one of its strongest selling points. It was right down the street from all the shopping center and easy access to the highway.
