Location is the main attraction. Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, flowers, etc.) has always done an excellent job. Out-of-town guests always compliment the community on the flowers and plants.

Maintenance comes but things aren't fixed properly. Carpets need to be replaced along with tub. I was fold that would happen over a year ago. Never happened. The rent goes up but I don't feel I get any more for my money.

I have been here nearly seven years and have lived in apartment communities most of my life. My other favorite place to live was in Arlington at a community also owned by Lincoln Property. Lincoln provides a great quality of life. I work three part time jobs to afford living here.
We are so glad you have enjoyed The Cliffs in The Village.

I like the surounding areas .Neighbors are very nice! The only thing I hear is my neighbor upstairs.all the time.
