The staff was welcoming and nice. The office was warm and inviting and smelled great. Everything seemed to be well taken care of, however the pool was a little dirty and was very leafy. But other than that it was great.

Apartment maintenance is unacceptable. Landscaping/lawn maintenance is excellent.

The apartment community is very nice and seems to be very well maintained. The leasing professional made me feel welcome and at home.

The property looked old and dated, but it was well maintained. It was apparent throughout the community that the building was old. The structure, building materials, appliances, counter tops, ceiling height and door frames all looked old. The price of the rent did not align well with this old dated property. There was a pleasant staff member. The community appeared to offer a lot of guest services and activities for the residents.

Costs outweigh benefits for sure. It is nice for just moving to Dallas though!

Parking in the cliffs is bad. I never have a spot and have to park far away from my apartment.

I was impressed when the other staff members made a point to come into the office to introduce themselves, especially after the other agent had been working with me for a while. The Country Club access increases the value of living in the community.

This is a nice community, complete with access to a Country Club. This is a must see community.

This is a nice community and well taken care of. There are jogging trails and a lake that had fish and ducks. It is very peaceful. The apartment had nice upgrades and there were great amenities available for residents.

Its a great place to start out I highly recommend.

I love the community, and the park the is in the middle of the property. It adds a great escape on a spring or summer day.

Everyone is very polite and respectful. And the scenery is great.

Great location, clean, beautiful scenery, great neighbors.

The community was well tended to. I loved that it is a gated community.

The very positive attitudes in the office are refreshing, and I look forward to being a part of the property.
