This picturesque community is a little bit of heaven in the middle of the city. The amenities offered were appealing. The home and community were presented by the leasing professional in a positive manner. The thought of calling this place home was comforting.

Complex is safe and well maintained, maintenance issues are normally dealt with same day. Apartment is quiet and in good shape for the price. No issues during my stay here.

I moved apartments and I have yet to be entered as a resident so I can not pay my rent online. Not impressed. I was told I have to call your processing company to fix that. I work for a apartment payments software company and I only deal with the apartment communties not the residents so it is a bit surprising to me to call your processing company to fix things instead of Lincoln proeprties doing that for me.

I noticed yet another German cockroach in my living room. I know they are comming in from under the bathroom sink, I've mentioned this to the maint. man and he assured me the opening was filled in by him, please send an exterminater to apt#1210. Thank you
