It's a nice place to live, kind of pricy, but close to TI. I do wish there were better internet plans.

Quiet, well maintained, and a wonderful place to live

I love this location and all of the features available either on-site or at the country club for The Village! I would prefer to have a full size washer and dryer in my apartment, but other than that, these units have everything that I was looking for!

I have new neighbor in the apartment top of mine. They put the TV loud they just finish to finish the whole Scrubs series , they run in the stairs that are against my wall and make my whole apartment vibrate , they move furniture in the middle of the night and I can appreciate their sexual capacity. I contact the staff about that and they told to call the courtesy polive. I did it and the courtesy police just hang up to me ... not so courteous I guess.
When I put something at my window, the staff contact me very fast to tell me to take it out, but my noisy neighbor since 6 months, nobody care. I try to comply with the rules and be nice, so my neighbor don't have the same responsability as me

The presentation was top notch all the way. The amenities were also something for the company to be proud of. The only gripes I have was that the closet space was small and the apartments in my opinion, while nice, were a little overpriced. While kept up, they seemed a bit dated plus there was no stainless steel or granite, or garden tubs, for the amount they charge.

Would recommend based on location and park. Would not based on rental cost.

It is a great place and good value for the money.

Im very satisfied with living here. The only problem i would have to say i have is the fact that the walls are super thin. Also, whenever someone turns on the water in the bath, it runs so loud through the walls. I sometimes have to close the restroom door so that i dont hear it.

The leasing professional was very professional. Not only was she professional, she described the community to where I could see myself being a happy resident there. I did feel like the community was home as we were touring.

The leasing professional did an okay job, but he just seemed as if he was not quite sure what he was doing.

Great location, clean environment and great security.

Seem to never get the carpets clean, ever. Was supposed to get a new tub or new finish on it never happened. Seems there is always something breaking and takes multiple times to get it fixed. Property doesn't seem what it was 5 years ago. Office personnel changes so often its hard to get things done because the person handling it will be gone and you start all over with no prevail.

The attitude of the leasing professional was very positive, and the upkeep of the community was fabulous.

The community was clean and large. The leasing agent was very pleasant and I believe that I would be very comfortable living there. I would recommend the apartment to others.
