Although the community was nice and there was access to some great amenities, the leasing agent that helped me was very disengaged from the presentation.

Yesterday I went to the pool willing to use the pool and grill but there were neither Gas Tank in the Grill and electricity. Could you please let me know if there any reason you did not have either things in the pool area?

I liked the community. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The trees and open area beyond the pool, are peaceful and very inviting. The pool needed to be cleaned, because there was debris floating in it and it did not look like it had been cleaned that morning. The pool furniture looked nice and the rest of the grounds appeared to be clean.

Great property and the staff is friendly and responsive and efficient.

The cliffs are a great complex. They come with all of the amenities of the village but offer one of two great complexes on the pond. The pond is beautiful with lighted fountains and a walking trail. The landscape is amazingly beautiful.

The community was clean and free of trash. The apartment was nicely upgraded. The leasing professional was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my needs. Even though residents have access to the country club, the lack of onsite amenities is the only objection. I could see myself living here.

The community was beautifully landscaped and maintained. It was in an excellent location with the best in shopping and dining nearby. There was easy access to highways. The leasing agent was sincerely eager to help me find an apartment. She really made me feel welcome. The community offered free membership to a Country Club, which helped make it an excellent value.

The apartment is pretty good size for the money, maintenance is always done within 24 hours, and there are nice paths to walk by nearby ponds. However, the condition of the apartment was nothing like the model apartment, which was all I could see before signing the lease. Lots of paint specks everywhere from hasty paint jobs and various other minor problems. Nothing major, but a letdown after seeing only the model apartment.

People are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is very responsive to your needs. Beautiful grounds to walk around. Nice pools. The office personnel are extremely helpful, especially the manager "Brian".

The office staff is amazing! They will do what they can to find what is right for you. This is a small property and it is awesome. Overall, I would be happy to call this place home!

The description of the adjacent country club really helped sell the community. Overall, it looked like a pretty decent community.
