It is smaller than many places, so if people want a small place I'd recommend it.

When the policy is treat everyone the same there is no value in staying. And when loyalty has no value, I feel that integrity is either lacking or absent altogether.
I am so saddened by your survey response and would really love the opportunity to meet with you. There a quite a few things we will be doing next year to change the property. Ladera Vista is a perfect community of generally nice and pleasant folks (and we all know a pickle or two makes the combination more interesting!:) And, I love the uniqueness of a smaller community with a fantastic walking trail and lots of trees and critters -

It is secluded, I adore the cool animals (deer, squirrels, possums racoons and skunks) and it is quiet.

It's far from UT campus, which is a plus for me but a negative to most people I talk to.

The grounds make you feel like you are at a park. There are lots of trees, and it is very quiet there. The staff there are very friendly and personable. I would love to call this place home based on the staff personality. I think the pricing is just a little high, but other than that it is an awesome community.

There were some challenges when we moved in, but the office has been very cooperative and helpful through out our lease to resolve any issues.

I would recommend based on the quality of customer service--I hear so many horror stories about apartment managers and maintenance, and the staff here is really fantastic and always respectful and professional. I would also recommend based on the amenities (pool, gym, etc), how quiet the community is, and the floor plans.
The only thing I would warn about are price and apartment features.

When I moved in, this was the best community I'd ever lived it. The entire staff has turned over in the past 2 years. The quality of the community is rapidly plummeting rapidly.

This community is very nice. The fitness center has all brand new equipment. The club house is a relaxing place to read a book and get some quiet time. The pool is a nice size. I would recommend these apartment's to anyone.
