I moved in the complex in May on a short term lease because I am moving out of the country for work. I told the leasing agent this, we even talked about someone she knew who had lived. I was very clear that I had a job overseas and would only need a 4 month lease. It's even in my lease application.
At the end when I let them know I'd be out a few weeks early if they wanted to get the unit ready for next tenant they informed me I was breaking lease because I hadn't given 60 days notice. I gave them 120 days notice. No one ever told me I needed to re-notify them. I am happy to pay for the 2 weeks included in the lease even though I'll be gone. I knew that would be the case due to my move date.
But I feel they were deceptive in not telling me that additional notice was required when I requested a very well defined time for the lease.

The leasing agent was attentive and engaging. It was clear her goal was excellent customer service.

Great place as long as you don't have to deal with office staff.

I would recommend because of the great place it is. I would not recommend because of the price.

Needs improvement first. The office stays closed too much. I realize that we are short handed but we are treated as step children.

I feel safe in this community and it has everything I feel I need: a pool, a gym, beautiful scenery, and a dog-friendly area. The pet amenities are one major reason I would recommend this apartment complex to another dog owner.

The staff is very influential to my decision when looking at apartments. This staff was very personable and eager to help me. The property is beautiful and has mature trees for a lot of shade. The floor plans are ordinary, but the important things like closet space were present. The apartment had a good open feel, but with a privacy feel to the bedroom. The pricing is good and a fair deal for the location.

I'm afraid it's just too expensive. I know people who loved it here but had to move out because of rent hikes. I'll probably have to move out soon.

I think its a good location, quiet community. I've been happy here so I would recommend it.

Not higher just since it is smaller than some people would want (if they wanted more social things) and costs more than what many of my friends want.

For what you get, this community was decently priced. It had all the amenities that one would expect from a community such as this. I would definitely recommend this property.

Best feature to me is spaciousness of my apartment. Plus details like shutters, heat pump system, carpet is better quality than others i have been in.
