My main objection is the price!

Thank you gain for taking time to complete one of our surveys. Upon your renewal I will be more then happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding increases. As for landscaping we are due to enhance in before the end of the month. It was scheduled for April but I'm really glad we didn't due to all the water we got. I've always felt like our interaction have always been positives one I hope we can earn that back. Have a wonderful day!

This was a beautiful community and appeared to be very well managed and maintained. The leasing professionals were knowledgeable, friendly, and appear dedicated to meet the needs and preferences of prospective residents as well as their current residents.

It is a great dog-friendly community, and the residents are typically all very kind to each other. The community is well-kept and you can feel "at home."

There has been some change within the office staff in a good way ,there has been a lot of promotions within the company. There is a lot of property improvements coming to Ladera hoping the weather improves we will begin this April. Please don't hesitate to come into the office, I'm back at Ladera after being gone and I'm sure a familiar face will be welcoming.

Price and updating/upgrades of units.
Thank you for your most recent survey. I understand your concern about rental increases throughout Austin. As a renter myself I have experience the increases this year. When the time comes we can sit down and discuss different options, of course we want to do anything and everything to keep you here. Not to fear awesome things are coming to Ladera , the railings will be painted as soon as the weather starts getting a bit warmer. Please let me know when you would like your tubs resurfaced, I know we discussed after the surgery would be best so just give us a ring. Thank you Ginger for your kind words we truly appreciate it and it definitely makes this job rewarding.

I really liked the running trail. The fitness center was a bit small and the pool had some leaves in it. The price was okay. The leasing agent was pleasant and friendly.

It is smaller than a lot of places. I like that, but would tell people if they want all the stuff that comes with a bigger place, to go with a bigger place.

We would because of: walking paths, pool and hot tub areas, friendly community.
Resident responded very happy with response and thanked us for being so promt. He told us how happy he was at the community and with the staff. We at the Marquis at Ladera Vista always want to make sure your concerns are address.

I might not recommend it if it doesn't fit their budgets and they need a cheaper place. I am willing to pay the higher price for the nicer place, but I wouldn't recommend to somebody whose priorities are to pay less.

"Would" Good location, nice neighbors, generally a quiet complex.
This community is an amazing location fille diwth wonderful residents and close to everything you need. We have a wonderful management company whom will fight to make sure your needs are taken car eof.

This community sits in a park like area with fabulous trees and nice pool area. The staff and office setting is wonderful. The property is full of trees and is well maintained and clean. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of. The construction and interior are tastefully done. The appliances are the one thing that could be updated.
We at the Marquis at Ladera Vista love our residents! We strive to get give you the best experience we can give! We do offer updated white appliances as well as new stainless steal. With every home whether stainless steal or white appliances we offer a mounted microwave, dishwasher, icemaker in the fridge and oven.
