Staff

The community is dog-friendly and relatively quiet. I feel safer in a small, gated community like Ladera Vista where you are comfortable with the office and maintenance staff.

I left there with a good experience. The leasing professional was also the community director so it was nice to get a tour with someone who would be managing. She was calm and engaging even though I am sure she had a lot to do. I like that the property management company has a lot of trees on most of the sites, as they did at that community. I like that the management company has owned the community for a long time and it was in great condition even without a remodel. The prices were also good. Having a place where you trust the staff could be as important as any upgrades.

Close to grocery stores, pharamcy, doctors, hospital.

Quiet, well maintained, lots of wildlife, nice walking path and perfect distance from all amenities.

Living in this community would be like living in a resort. It was extremely well maintained and looked much newer than it was. The apartment I viewed was completely renovated with new appliance. With the large trees and the wildlife, this would be a wonderful and peaceful place to call home.

I enjoy living here although the appliances are older and the rent is a bit higher given the location. I would still recommend given that it's a very quiet property.

Appliances are really old, there are other options in market with same sq.ft and new appliances for same rent. That's probably my only gripe.

This property is wonderful. The value for the price is better than at most places and the area is unbeatable. I think the leasing staff is very friendly, helpful and knows what they're doing. I enjoyed my time here.

I would recommend this apartment community but not our apartment. The staff are very nice and it is very well kept. I definitely feel safe here. But for the reasons described above I would recommend a different unit.

The community was gorgeous. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were very nice, updated, and renovated. The amenities ware wonderful and very well-kept.
