The community was very well kept and I thought the interior running trail was an exceptional amenity.

It's really the price. It's a lot to pay for a one bedroom.

This was the perfect community for peace and relaxation. They had a huge pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush trees, with a scenic trail in the center courtyard area.

Owners seem to be enjoying the current scarcity pricing in the Austin market without plowing a sensible/fair portion of the windfall profit back into better security systems, upgraded interior fixtures, etc..

I was impressed with the property, the staff and the presentation. The property was a little dated, but the agent was quick to overcome my concerns about specific things related to the age of the community by offering upgrades for a small fee and by pointing out significant amenities to counter issues I pointed out. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely lease there.

I will have to mention is more expensive that other places but I will definitely recommend this.

We moved in to Ladera Vista sight unseen and were very happy with the process. After more than two years, it was a great experience living at Ladera Vista. The apartments are very well insulated. This reduces utilities fees, and we never heard neighbors. It was hard to believe how quiet it is. Neighbors were friendly. The location is close enough to Research and Mopac to be convenient, but far enough away to feel as though we were living in a semi-residential area. Charles and the maintenance staff did a great job with repairs and were friendly and professional. The courtyard was a great place to walk and relax. A job took us away so we moved. Our great experience at Ladera Vista encouraged us to find a CWS complex in our new city. No apartment is perfect - this was close.

The community had nice amenities, such as a workout room, business center equipped with Wi-Fi, a small, but comfortable clubhouse area, with kitchen and big screen TV. Their one bedroom apartments were a good size.
