This was a new community and the property was beautiful and well maintained. The leasing professional was polite and professional and had good knowledge of the community.

There were many "promises" made to potential residents and few of those promises have been kept. I've had very unpleasant experiences with the residents living in the apartment directly next door to me and unfortunately, little could be done to prevent their behavior. They have, at least, stopped their bullying and intimidating behavior since all residents were asked to sign the crime prevention agreement. Having to deal with them, along with the overall failure to prevent smoking on premises, and the lack of other rules enforcement would prohibit me from recommending this community to any of my family, friends or associates.

Extremely poor execution of marketed/sold product. But, I is a beautiful complex.

The amenities at the community were appealing and inviting.

I would not recommend this apartment to friends that want to pay for rent with a credit card.

I brag about WC all the time but have the caveat because of the amenities seeming to be something that is in flux.

Safe, great amenities peaceful community

I'm pretty neutral right now. I haven't even lived there a month yet and there is still a lot of construction going on in my building, so it doesn't really seem like everything is in place yet.

We like the location and the apartment itself but the building is failing apart. 5 or 6 cabinents have come off their hinges. The crown moulding is warped and the stones on the columns on the balcony are coming off

Would recommend due to amenities, location, staff friendliness
