We agreed when we first leased that we would make this our “home”. Management has done everything to make our move from single family living to apartment life as best as possible and we are more than pleased to call this home. People have come and gone from our acquaintance just as they would in single family home life, just more frequently, because there are so many more people living in close proximity. Maintenance personnel have changed, but service has remained efficient and effective. Grounds maintenance has remained wonderful because the basic plan was thorough and present crews are doing a great job. Results are evident. Covid measures seem to be working as I am not aware the disease is affecting the complex as a whole and close apartment living makes us as seniors more susceptible to the possible illness. The turnover of management personnel make it hard for “I recognize you and and personal treatment”, so this little inconvenience can be overlooked, but still exists. We have in the past recommended living here and will at ever opportunity because we are comfortable at “home”. I must say again, that I thank designers for the extras in our unit and for a floor plan that just perfectly fills our wants and needs. Because of our longevity, rent is doable, but high rent increases will cause thought because of budget and retired status. Thank you for past service and we look forward to to tomorrow in this luxury!

I love living at Water Crest. It is a beautiful complex and I really love the location.

Neat apartment for healthy living

I feel safe and I like the location and the development around it

As a single/senior person, my apartment is all I need to have a comfortable "home". I

Would not because:
1. Condition of the hallways on the inside of our building.
2. Dog waste on grounds.
3. Condition of the lawn in the courtyard.

Too many dogs

Garage constantly blocke by delivery trucks. Asked multiple times for signs to be placed at entrances...."no parking in front of garages" but zero response

I would recommend especially for folks with pets, the dog community here is the best. Also very safe and professional, great rate for the growing area.

Great amenities, great price per square foot, friendly and helpful staff, and awesome location.

It’s a nice place to live and a quiet community for the most smart love that it is smoke free. Communication by email would be better than utilizing the flyers they do throughout the community.

The amenities and grounds were beautiful. It looked and felt like luxury living.

Conveniently located to my work and to various stores and restaurants. V. good for a car-free lifestyle. Only criticism is that residents with dogs do not pick up after them. Quite a lot of dog poop on the lawn.

Apartments are good. Rental increases are STEEP and unnecessary.
