WaterCrest is a great community. Most residents are very friendly. The new staff appear to be very responsive and attentive. The amenities in apartments are somewhat reflective in the rent. I would like to see larger appliances (refrigerators, and newer/updated washer and dryers that were more energy/water efficient. I am pleased that Nest thermostats have been installed.

It may seem like a small item, but I like that entry to our apartment is buffered by entering a lobby from the outside, and going through a door to the hallway. This keeps the temperature down, and makes it very comfortable.

Way too much money for such a noisy place. Doors slam all the time, can hear everything in the hallways. Pretty place but not built great.

Because it is awesome. The would not would be due to the renewal of lease cost. It should not go up so much each year. Long term good residents should be allowed to stay at the current rate. Raising too much each year does not show any value for us making this our home.

It is a lovely quiet community. Very clean. Office personnel are wonderful, maintenance is very good. Apartments are very comfortable.

I have lived in a number of apartment communities, WaterCrest is the best organized and well maintained. It offers everything I need and even more. The staff are friendly, responsive and efficient. This is the best community that I've experienced.
