It is a nice complex, but my sister recently rented in Edgewater. I thought it was much more expensive for the same thing, but when I toured her amenities, they were definitely an upgrade from what we have here.

Continually add fees whenever your lease is up and leave you in a stay or leave situation. They are not willing to work with you.

Apartment itself is nice. Neighbors are not very thoughtful. Its like living in a smoke filled kennel at times. The pool until now is not welcoming to all on the weekends. A couple residents inviting all their friends to drink and take up all the chairs on the weekends. Hopefully, with the wristbands, this will end.
