Very poorly insulated. Can hear every single step of upstairs neighbors which could drive a sane person, insane. This is the main reason we are not renewing lease, but don’t want confrontation. Dog poop all over the place. Paint job is god awful in hallways and apartments. Bathroom and kitchen paint is not water proof, so shows any moisture and doesn’t disappear.

Convenient location, well maintained community.

When I first moved in, I loved living here. Change in staff and the amount of fees in the rent is ridiculous. I have lived here since they first opened and they have not painted or even done any upkeep.Very disappointed.

I would love to lease in this community. Everything was well kept, and the amenities were amazing. I have not seen another community for this price that offered so much.

The apartment, building, and complex is very nice! However, due to the office staff I would not recommend others to live here.

I have recommended 2 people to move here and they did. I'd have no problem recommending this complex to anyone.

It’s great for young professionals getting on their feet and the involvement with quarterly office events are really nice.

Would not - unless you love dog smell. Too many dogs. Hallways smell like wet dog. People using the pool during restricted hours.

I love my apartment overall, and this is a great location. I have no problem with the staff at Watercrest. My only complaint would be the lack of respect other residents have for the property.I clean up after my dog, and respect the property, however there are numerous other people that do not. I think this has improved since the office sent out there PSA about taking care of the property.

I do believe the floor I live on or maybe whole building has had an overload of pets at times.

It is a beautiful complex, with a capable maintenance team that is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager is firm and aware, keeping things under control. Office staff is a revolving door and is helpful and courteous, but always in flux. The conceirge position has never provided the services that were originally advertised nor really provided a handbook of services and info which would be helpful for new and older residents. That position appears to be here today and gone tomorrow. The original landscape company did a great job originally and in annual change/ upkeep. The present company is about three-quarters as good. Attention to detail and complete plantings are lacking. We simply adore the floor plan and location of the Fitzgerald. The additional upgrades in the unit are simply perfect, thank you! I would not live in the adjacent units to the north because of price, too many doors and unusable space. Another great feature is the ample garages. This is the real selling point because individual garages are miles better than a parking space. Of course, some cannot afford or want to afford inside garages, but individual garages are a real plus! We enjoy and feel secure it’s the electronics locks and the lever door handles are a real plus. Our basic washer and dryer are all we need and have functioned flawlessly. The basic refrigerator was a disappointment originally, but we have gotten used to it and the ice maker is the BEST we have ever had. I know it is a lot to ask, but window washing on the outside would be a real positive. We don’t use the on-site vending machines but feel they are a real positive,just like the package boxes. THIS IS OUR HOME and we are happy to be here. Thank you for doing your best to make it a family place while still being a temporary home for those who are younger and have their life before them. I enjoyed my tour of this community. They had a lot of amenities and facilities. The apartment itself had a modern look to it. For the price and all the amenities they had, I will definitely recommend this community.

Watercrest community is very welcoming, safe, and friendly.
