Like we said, apartments themselves are great, but the hardwood floors are disturbing when people are walking around and a few of the tenants just don't seem to care about fostering a peaceful environment.

High price, which is only getting worse even for current residents, no parking, which I know me and most of the neighbors are complaining about, and then unfulfilled promises make it hard to positively rate this complex to anyone I want to keep as a friend.

The rent is high, and parking could be a lot better..! Problems with people who live in building six parking in front of building 5.. They need to have parking stickers (color coded) for each building and if they are not parked in the right color zone they will be towed.

We paid more than other apt to have better service/ amenities. Doors not working and restrictive policies are not worth the premium.

I feel the apartment is overrated. I had high expectations, but after being here just about a year, it's just ok. Nothing special. Although, I do like the monthly events you have for the residents. It's nice you do that.
