I haven't been happy with people being above me at. That may be the only reason I wouldn't.

The only reason I wouldn't is because we have an issue with getting bugs in the master bathroom, and despite sprayers coming out on ocassion, it is still kinda creepy. But I would still recommend for all the other amenities, and it could just be because I have a ground floor apartment.

As long as you get the rent is priority and resident satisfaction is not such a priority. I believe management should inspect the external grounds and make sure they are kept well. Also you guys should take the time and spray for all the bugs LARGE an small that crawl into our apts. I have had ivy vines along with debris my patio clutter my patio but I feel compelled to clean after I know the landscapers came and left without doing it. I also have to use my blower. Might as well live in a house.

I will have the landscapers pay extra attention to your building this week as well as have our professional pest control partner spray around the exterior of you apartment.

I do recommend this place but I also give warnings of the complex exit situation and the dramatic rent increase when you renew your lease.

My apartment's outside area is dirty and never get cleaned. It seems that units closer to Management office are in supreme condition from outside, but complex's east or west corner units are not paid attention as much.
