My onsite experience was superb. Employees I met was friendly and definitely a great representation of CWS. The leasing consultant was friendly and genuine. The community was well maintained throughout. I would refer this community to friends, family or colleagues.

It's not the same; it's gone down quite a bit. I'm not happy as I once was. For the amount of rent that you pay; it's no longer worth it. I won't recommend it.

It's rare that you can call and speak with office personnel.
False promises make situations worse and force you to not want to deal with office personnel. I would never want to subject someone to deal with the poor communication I'm dealing with.

This is a very nice Community located Central to everything you can imagine.

It was a nice apartment community with all the amenities you would expect from a community of its caliber. There were 10 foot ceilings, crown molding and washer and dryer connections were just some of the features offered. It was also conveniently located.

A lot has changed this year. It now seems that just about anybody can rent an apartment here. There is more trash on the grounds, the breezways are no longer power washed or even blown off, the answering service is not helpful and the office phone rarely seems to be answered, And, worst of all, garbage piles up almost to the street on weekends - disgraceful

Based on my previous comments, I don't know if I would recommend the apartment complex. I am paying premium prices due to the location, but it isn't a premium property.

The community was meticulously well kept and offered plenty of amenities. The apartments were reasonably priced and the leasing professional was wonderful.

I would definitely lease at this community based on my perceptions as a real customer considering to lease. The rooms inside the apartment were very spacious, clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable. The leasing professional was professional and caring. I would recommend the community to friends and family.
