Marquis on Berkeley in Duluth, Georgia was conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The community had everything you would need, such as a business center, club house, pool and fitness center. They even have a trainer on staff at no cost to the residents. The community was kept in good repair. The apartments had large common rooms and bedrooms. There was a laundry room and also washer and dryer connections in the apartment.

I am happy to say that as of next wek, we will be fully staffed in maintenance and you should see your service requests being completed in a more timely manner. If you would like, I can put in a service request for maintenance to come by and re caulk your tub. This may help with the mildew. Please let me know what we can do for you. Thanks.

The community was very nice and well maintained. I really loved the apartment. It was very spacious and had a very pleasant homey feel to it. The amenities were nice as well. Overall, good impression. Again, would just recommend that the leasing agent asked more about what my needs were and do a better job at closing. I think I would be pleased living at this community.
