Rent is extremely high for the type of apartment you are renting. Amenities are very nice, but I rather have stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and more security.

It was a very nice community that was well maintained. The rental rates were commensurate to what they had to offer. The amenities were appealing and state of the art and the facility was very well maintained.

I do enjoy the gated community and I like the inside of my apartment. However, the outside leaves much to be desired. The corridors are dirty and the doggie stations are not changed regularly. And when the bags at the doggie stations are not refilled, people tend to not pick up after their dogs. At one time this summer, I counted over a week before the full bag was changed out, and 2 weeks at one point before the bags were replaced. Emily did send an email out about picking up after dogs, however, if tenants are paying a security fee for dogs IN ADDITION TO $15 per month with rent, then it seems fair for the apt complex to provide these bags.

Based on what I experienced, I would certainly not think twice about choosing the community as being the place that I would want to live and call it my home.

Change in Management
Community changed management and this have definitely changed. There are enhancing amenities, but the type of people that are renting and the upkeep of the property is substandard. Rent is very high for the quality of care.

Wall is too thin. Can hear every conversation from next door. (Above. Below. Everywhere...) so noisy from parking lot.

We would certainly tell them that you can't beat the location, and the apartment itself suits our needs perfectly. However, I would warn them about the tennis courts, the pool hours, and the fact that everything is done online.
