I was impressed with the knowledge and confidence demonstrated by the leasing professional, who had only been assigned to the property for approximately two weeks. The value and price were aligned. The relaxed sales technique was nice and appreciated. I would recommend the leasing professional and the property.

It has some good selling points for us: Location, Attractive Buildings, Great Pool and Safety features in the apartment itself. I would not recommend based on rent hikes and the maintenance of the apartment.
