Friendly efficient staff, amenities, well-kept grounds and a security gate that really serves its purpose and well maintained. The community takes pride in their property.

I feel comfortable, very comfortable here.

My overall experience was great. I would highly recommend this community. The community was in a great location and it was in great condition. The customer service I received from the leasing professional was great.

The area felt a lot more homey as compared to the properties inside the city. The quiet charm was nice.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment bc of the noise level between the walls, the pest issues, and the old gym equipment. I would recommend this apartment complex bc of the staff, how fast maintenance responds and resolves issues, and the convenience of shopping.

Moving here would be the biggest mistake ever! The noise is unbelievable through the paper-thin walls. Maintenance...when you can get it...is sub-standard. The office staff is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They NEVER answer the phone. And IF you can have some sort of miracle that day and get them to return your call, all you get are EMPTY PROMISES, especially by Crystal, the manager!!!!!!! I have had to actually leave my work several times in the middle of the day and drive to their office just to get someone to acknowledge whatever issue was going on. Again more empty promises. Years ago this place used to be a great place to live. Great staff in the office and you felt comfortable and safe. But now??!!!! PPPFFFTTTT!!!!!!! This management team IS HORRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a place to live because I can GUARANTEE you will HATE IT HERE!!!!!!!! I'm moving out soon and cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!! OH!!! And if you have a dog and move here, prepare to give your dog's DNA from their POO to them or they will charge you $750!!!! DNA DOG POO!!!!!! What's next? Human DNA from our POO too????? Like I said...this place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND FIND A DIFFFERENT APT COMPLEX!!!!! I gave this place one star just so it could be rated but I'd really like to give it 50 million NEGATIVE STARS. YES, I HATE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE STAFF IN THAT FRONT OFFICE!!!!!!!!! AND BY THE WAY, THEY HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW AND MADE ME TAKE OUT THE PROFANITY AND BELIEVE ME, THERE WAS ALOT...THAT'S HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS!!!!

The property was good. The sales agent was good. The tour was great. The leasing professional's attitude was good and upbeat. The site was maintained good and it showed well.

As I said before, I don't feel I'm getting good service.

For all the reasons outlined above, and for some I have not mentioned here, it would be unlikely I would recommend it. However, positives include feeling safe in the community and again, location is good. I think it would come down to how much an individual/family is willing to put up with.

The property is beautiful from the outside. However, the walls are super thin. You can hear everything your neighbors do, OMG and the walking is ridiculous it sounds like thunder above you-I never sleep because of this. The management staff is not helpful at all, not to mention how hard it is to get a maintenance service request completed. The old management company was very efficient; I can’t say the same for this one. If you have a complaint it will never be resolved. This is a horrible place to live. Don’t make this mistake.

The Apartment complex is very beautiful and is well kept; however, I'm surprised., at the noise I can hear from neighbors next door, upstairs or downstairs. I can hear neighbors' snoring, cell phone vibrating, watching T.V

Policy on dogs would not be something I would want to subject anyone to. It's like a "big brother is watching" policy

I would not recommend this place to family or friends because of the noise levels and value for what you’re getting.

it's nice place to call home

The community was located in a very convenient area for shopping, business and dining. The property was very well maintained and attractive. The amenities were nice and there were plenty of them. The apartments had spacious rooms and nice finishes. The prices were a good value for all residents had access to in the community. The staff was seasoned and personable and worked hard to earn business.
