Again - the food smells. I hesitate to have people over often for fear that we'll all be inundated with the odor. For this reason I would make sure, on any recommendation I make, to caveat it with "you might smell some noxious food smells".

The apartment community was located in the Dunwoody. It is convenient to Perimeter, dining, and entertainment in Dekalb County. They had upgraded features like granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It had all the amenities that you would expect in a modern urban apartment. The community was clean and quiet. There is covered parking and elevator so that you don't need to hike up stairs.

I would recommend property for convenience.

24/7 Gym is basically good except some machine are sometimes broken.
Jose (maintenance person) is very nice.

Its safe, quite and has easy access to so many things.

Construction of units is very poor. Noise transfer between walls and floors is extreme.

Professional staff

The elevator being use as a moving elevator and a resident elevator does not sit well with me. I reside on the 4th floor, Some saturdays its almost impossible to get a hold of the elevator.

It should have another elevator for movers

The complex does not follow through with promises. The TVs in the cardio center do not work. New cardio equipment with built in TVs were promised; however, we are still stuck with freestanding TVs that do not work.

It is generally quiet in both day and night, common areas are always clean, the leasing staff are accommodating, repairs are done quickly.
