Dog park - it's nice that we have but it has gone down hill since we have been here (1 year) Grass is just about gone and in the winter with rain it turns into mud. Also if the complex allows dogs (and we have one) then they need to do a better job of cleaning up if residents do not. On weekends the dog trash cans need to be clenaed up more often as well as around the property. Have had to throw away 2 pairs of shoes because you cannot see mess @ night.

1. There must be some sort of loyalty rewards for customers. I am a repeat customer and I have referred others to stay in the community. But my long stay and referrals were never acknowledged. 2. Martial Arts is a very constructive sports and great for maintaining fitness and build strength. Some sort of martial arts training will be beneficial to a lot of residents.

1) b) carpets in common area are stained (resident halls) d) sign at entrance of community has not been lit for over 1 year f) carpets in halls j) lights illuminating community sign are not lit; lights on building exterior of P1 garage entrance building 2000 have been burned out over 1 year 2 f) & h) inquired 3 times about a storage unit & was asked twice to check back after a unit audit was completed; the 3rd time I was told I would be contacted - I never was.

I don't like AUM at all. The quality of the food in the pizza parties, etc., is not good. The food for breakfast should offer more variety and sometime the pots of cheese are empty for two or three days. Elevator is too slow. Heating system is noisy.

The actual apartment is great, no complaints. Common areas could use a little work. Trash collects by the elevator and other entry ways. Hallways can be dirty at times. And trash chute is disgusting, has been clogged since we moved in with trash piling up around it. The smell leaks into the hall too.

Living here at The Alexander at Perimeter my roommate and myself have been extremely satisfied. The elevators are at time very slow but overall we love it here!

Satisfactions: The amenities are God sent. The 24 hour fitness accomodates my ever changing lifestyle. I love the complimentary coffee from Starbucks and computer room. The Leasing Office gives me the feel at a home away from home, always welcoming from staff w/warm smiles and grettings. Clean community, helpful staff & great valet trash service! Even the clothing cleaners lockers are great for someoneon the go! :) My only suggestions are for cameras in the parking garages and near elevators on all floors to prevent any further break ins like the one I experienced. And staff shouldn't take breaks in the garages or loiter either. And to prevent people from leaving letters in the hallway doors.

Property needs painting. I see you are doing this. I notice that the painting has begun. I don't know if it is a grey undertone. To me it seems a pity if grey will be the final color (looks like everyone else). The old colors is what made it 'different' plus 'color' is the new internataional trend.
