Hallways and ceilings need clean up and fixing.

The community is awesome. The employees respond appropriately and are sweet. The only concern we have is the light bulbs blow up so often in the kitchen area. I hope better bulbs are replaced with the existing ones. And the computers int he business center should be user-friendly which enable us to do basic operations.

Better trash management.

Parking: no enforcement of parking, many (too many) are parked over 2 spots. No clear solution for electric vehicles. Office: Hours to pick-up packages left at leasing office are too narrow (9-6) making it almost impossible for working professionals to get back from work in time.

Elevators are very slow. Parking slots are very narrow. Uneven heating of different rooms in apartment. Can add table tennis to club house. Can add a kids play area (slides/swing) to any open area in the apartment. Should restart having "kids corner," activities for kids.

I love the office and maintenance staff. They all are great.

My husband & I have lived @ The Alexander for >5 yrs. (We moved in in 2009.) The community of residents & staff, the community events & the workout sessions are all wonderful & create a true place to call home.

first of all i would like to say that as a British visitor here from London who now is a resident of these apartments i feel part of a community already and have made friends with all the staff already maintenance are great they have met all my needs and have always been prompt and helpful Jose,Kevin and Shawn are all great at what they do.The leasing office have been so helpful to me and are very dedicated in making this complex achieve a great status.The apartment we have faces a part of the building that houses the rubbish area which is the only downside to this beautiful place but at the the end of the day it has to go somewhere but what i like is that everyday mario is out there working hard to keep the area clean and free from smells by hosing down the area daily to prevent this as i was worried about being above this area but every problem has a solution and the staff here really do a great job to keep this a top class establishment i would also like to state that we was in building two at first as part of are relocation and liked it here so much we moved into building one its close to work close to shops close to all the main roads close to the police station close to loads of great restaurants which makes it one of the hotspots to live in , in this area these apartments reach my expectations in every possible way , i would also like to say thanks to the owners and any improvements to this complex will only make it more desirable and attractive which will make it even more of a nicer place to live well done The Alexander ........!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a beautiful community tucked away, but near shopping and the expressway. The staff was awesome as well.

The staff was very bright, bubbly and responsive. I felt like I was being welcomed home the entire time I was there. They seemed to work as a team.

As a customer, the property exceeded my expectations. For it to be a newer property the apartments I viewed were very spacious. The community was well kept and the amenities were good quality. The professionalism in the office was great. The leasing office was very warm and inviting and made me want to take a tour to see what they had to offer

The community looked like a vacation resort with extra attention to maintenance. The agent was genuine, knowledgeable and focused on me throughout the visit.

Any monkey-friendly community is a friend of mine

I like the location and the amenities, but there is some shoddy construction aspects that leave me a little disappointed. E.g. the wiring is wonky in my apartment, there seems to be a lack of well placed light switches/light fixtures. The elevator is my daily test -I understand that a hydraulic lift is going to take longer than a cable system, but 3-4 minutes of waiting is irritating.
