The staff in the office is not friendly at all. I've witness them act as if people/residents are bothering them and they won't say hellow or how can they help you. They just stare until you tell them what you are there for. This goes for the new property manager, assistant and leasing (not maintenance). They also do not respond to calls & emails within 48 hr time. Sometimes I just have to call or email again. Customer service is everything and this place I call home doesn't have it. Also, parking is tight in both garages.

As I understand it, we got a new community manager several months ago. She has made a solid difference in the community, and greatly increased the likelihood I would renew my lease. Please look into the trash chutes. They fill up FAR too quickly. I cannot throw away my trash more often than I can. Otehrwise... happy here! -Friendly, competent staff - Quick response to maintenance requests -Free group fitness -Would like the building's exterior to be pressure washed and repainted -Wish our mailbox was closer to our side of the building -Wish we could pay rent online with 2 credit cards

This has been a wonderful place to live - we have always felt safe, taken care of, and valued. The pools are beautiful and the recent renovations/aesthetic changes are great. The courtesy officer is also quite responsive which is nice! Ideas for improvement: -playground -nicer dog park -grills working more of the time! -better signage for which buildings are which -more storage units

Overall I am satisfied with living in this community - staff is friendly, apartment building is in a great location with ample parking - However, I attempted to ask the managerial staff & maintenance since last spring (5/2014) to repair the 2 grills in the common area near our apartment with no success. I called the office multiple times (~5) and was told maintenance would fix them, they were waiting for parts, etc. - still the grills remain broken. My last correspondence with the office I was told to use another recreational areas grills, which due to the apartment size is not convenient at all.

The pet fence has a broken gate. The gym weights are pretty old. The elevator is terribly slow. The food truck event was cool, would be nice to have a different weekly food truck visit.

There are plenty spaces for pets to exercise or just spend time outside. It would be nice to have a place for children as well.

1. Before I moved into Alexander, I could contact the leasing office easily and get a wonderful information. Afterwards, I have lived an excellent room. Though my family have lived here for a month, the community is wonderful especialy the people who work at leasing office are very kind. Thank you.

-Shopping carts in the garage would make carrying weekly shopping to the apartments a lot easier. -Key fob pass at the building 1 swimming pool would be reat - at the gate instead of just a padlock. -Turn the building 1 fountain into a hot tub. -Bigger gym. -Cover over the large bins/trash at the back of building 1. -Additional games for the clubhouse.

The onsite maintenance person, Carlos, has been a saving grace for this community. The offsite/oncall maintenance does not understand the residents needs nor does he listen before assessing a problem or emergency. The vendors that clean the carpet need to be fired. Please note, if there is a customer service award or bonus, Carlos should receive it.
