The leasing professional was amazing! Her captivating presentation of the property, outstanding level of engagement and superhuman attempt to address my needs made me want to move right in. The community is beautiful, with lush Asian inspired grounds. There are many enticing lounging nooks, exciting amenities and beautiful apartments. The cost for what you get is fair value. The beautiful surrounding, excellent quality of life and progressive management make this community a place I want to call home. I would gladly recommend the community to my family and friends.

The agent was friendly and engaging. The community was similar to a resort. The grounds were well kept. The amenities were high-end.

The apartment was beautifully maintained. I did not see a piece of trash anywhere on the grounds. It was very quiet and peaceful, something that I love and always look for in the community I choose to move into. The offered amenities were miles ahead of what my current place of residence offers. It is extremely convenient to Perimeter Mall, and my job, making the commute something to look forward to instead of dreading.

I would recommend the apartment community because of the amenities: occassional social gatherings, food/coffee in the morning, free group fitness and yoga classes, and the 24/7 fitness center.

Newer complexes in the area are offering more amenities for the same price

I've never lived anywhere that I felt the office cared about making me happy or cared about what I thought.

I would recommmend due to location - very convenieint. I woudl not due to the apt layout - we face the courtyard and don't have any bedroom widows which can be opened. So cannot get fresh air int eh bedrooms.

I have had too many "head aches" with unsolved issues to feel comfortable recommending this place as a home.

I was so impressed with how she demonstrated the property, how well she knew the property and all the amenities and what was available, and how she conveyed a sense of how the community could be my home. I felt as if I was ready to enjoy a cup of coffee and kick back in the media room and relax. The leasing professional was extremely professional, as was her assistant. The property speaks for itself.

Would not based on the dog pup, It's out out of control.They need an area to go that's not at the back door of people in the Court yards.

This was a very nice upscale community with exquisite amenities. The apartments were large and renovated. The price was a great value and the community was well maintained.

Visiting this property is like visiting a resort. Everyone that I encountered on my visit was very pleasant and professional. The residents seemed very relaxed. There are definitely amenities at this property that you are not going to get for the price or without paying extra.

Nice a quiet.. Good neighbors so I think they are maintaining the high standards of who they lease to.
