I like that they have their swimming pool open year roound. The Residents common area and Exercise Room were nice and well maintained. The Staff was friendly. It is conveniently located close to shopping stips grocery stores, drug stores and gas station.

To me, it is important that the clubhouse stay open longer on Friday or Saturday nights.

I see improvements in the community, but not enough that I would say I am ready to recommend. I do like the interior of the apartments, but the exterior at this time speaks for itself. The parking situation seems not to be an issues any more. Maybe the residents should know what the curtesy officer is or if there is an officer in the community period.

The roof has leaked. There's cracks on the walls. Ants on my third floor apt ? When I pay for pest control monthly. Dog poop. And I don't own a dog .. My pickup. Recived a dent with in the last month ...

I would recommend these apartment homes for their beautiful interior, the nice environment, great pool and clubhouse area and friendly staff. I would not recommend because of the unsafe "peeping Tom" incident I don't think I'd want my family or friends around that or the fact that this complex lacks certain basic amenities. (Business center, laundry facility, adequate parking)

We do have a Security Patrol that comes through nightly and can be contacted during the night to respond to any concerns you may have. The community is not positive, respectful, or clean. People speed by me in their cars while I am running and almost hit me. No one respects my vehicle parked in the parking lot. I have found trash in my empty trash can that is dumped in there overnight, and trash dumped on my front door mat.

I mean I love my home and I'm verygrateful and all but it is very expensive and with them only being a year old, I guess I feel that certain problems that have occured shouldn't have taken place in the first place of course that was previous management. Bldg 6 had a bad infestation of gnats and we lived with that for a while and I and my neighbor infront of me are still seeing some. Not as much as before but we can still see them and feel them.
We appreciate your response and comments. Please give the office a call for any work orders that need to be taken care of so we can get that fixed for you as soon as possible.
