The property really had it all. The fitness center was a great size and would save me money because I could cancel my regular gym membership. The leasing agent was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

It is very convenient for those who live and work near 1604 and Bandera. The floor plans are very functional. It is a very pet friendly community.

All of our floor plans come with open bars in the kitchens to improve functionality as well as provide extra eating and counter space for our residents. The open lay out gives the apartments a much larger and more of a homey feel.
Our dog park is a fun place for our residents with furry friends to meet and greet other neighbors. We are happy that your pet feels like home here, at The Vista!

I have had occasions when very important FedEx package was delivered to the office and there was no intimation from the office that they had received it. I was told that it is the rule that we are supposed to follow through on our own. I have never lived in an apartment unit before so I was not aware of it. That delay and lack of intimation cost me very dearly as it delayed the closing of our house and caused us losses.
Your time is valuable, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Our company is committed to providing our clients with exceptional service; we apologize for any issues you may have experienced with your packages. It is the responsibility of the delivery carriers to notify you that a package has been delivered. However, a package notice is sent out daily by e-mail to all of our residents letting them know if they have a package waiting for them in our office. We thank you for making your home with us, and look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future.

I would recommend the community to others. When I visited, the leasing professional I worked with was friendly, upbeat, and patient. She showed me the kiosk where I could apply. The community was very appealing with a lot of modern amenities.

I thought the agent did a great job for it being his first week on the job. I think it was a little but pricey, but also thought the property was very nice and I would definitely live there. The agent who shadowed the other agent was great.
