I would not recommend for the simple reason that they are a little on the pricey side. My rent is never the same every month. I know I dont use that much water to reflect the constant change in my rent from month to month.

We are so glad that you have a positive experience with our maintenance crew. Although we do have a 24 hour maintenance guarantee with CWS, we take pride in the fact that our maintenance can typically take care of our residents in the same day.

The community lacks adequate parking.

We are currently working to resolve the parking issues. We plan on re-striping the parking lot and are considering numbered spaces to allow each resident their own space per apartment. That way, residents will have at least one guaranteed spot for parking. We will send out communication should we do make these changes. We hope that you enjoy everything else that our property has to offer and appreciate your feedback in regards to improvements.

The community was appealing. The price was comparable to others in the area. Their exercise area was larger than others I have seen. The car washing station was unique.

The property value at the community was extraordinary. I found it exceeded my expectations and was an amazing community. The common areas were very clean and well maintained. They all looked very desirable and I was impressed with what I saw. The leasing professional did a phenomenal job and was in a league of their own. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was outstanding, they were very easy to have a conversation with. It made the prospect of moving much easier when the management is so amazing. The leasing professional did a great job describing the property, they never missed a detail. The home and community were presented by the leasing professional in an energetic and creative way. They pointed out the spectacular finishes and well thought out planning of the property. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this property home was thrilling. It had everything I want in a home. The property offered great features and the rental prices reflected the high-end nature of the property. The high value of the property made other properties less desirable. The great location next to the Hwy 1604 were also very desirable. Overall, I will remember that beautiful property and will undoubtedly refer any renters I know to the property.

The Vista has been a great temporary place to live while we were looking for a house. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Our maintenance requests were always completed within 24 hrs but usually on the same day. All three maintenance men were so friendly and able to take of our repair requests.Our apt was clean and quiet and had all amenities needed for our comfort. The Vista is certainly a complex we would highly recommend Sincerely, Joel and Jackie Kubik

I do not feel safe and I think the overall appearance of the complex has gone way down

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied living with us at The Vista. We advise you to contact our security patrol after hours when our offices are closed if you see anything suspicious in your community. As our gates are not left open at any time during the day, we hope to deter non-residents from entering our community without approval.
Our maintenance team cleans and picks up grounds every morning as well as cleans the pool, even on the weekends during the summer. We are also working on a landscaping project adding multiple color beds to the property and hoping to relieve some of the back flow in certain areas.
We appreciate your response and hope that you will reach out to us if you have any concerns going forward as we want to make your living experience as enjoyable as possible.

Again the price exceeds those of the surrounding complexes and although the amenities here are nicer, they are never kept up to working standards to use.
