Overall this was a great visit. The agent was excellent.

I would recommend this community because it's a great value for what you receive. The complex is in a nice neighborhood and a good location, and the security of the gates and the private garages is very nice.

I've lived here since 2010 JAN 10 - 2013 JAN 13.

Being in the military I would still be living here if I didn't receive orders to PCS.

Overall - Management, Staff, and Security/Maintenance are very professional and friendly.

PROS: Gated Community, Attached Garage availability, Centralized Location to all the major highways/interstates, 20min commute to PT on Ft. Sam, Fitness Center and Pool, Annual/Holiday/Special Social Functions sponsored by Management, Maintenance trustworthy and quick response to fix anything wrong within apartment, hassle free automatic online payment to include friendly reminders/notices for upcoming events, trash/debris pick up by staff on designated days, Gas Station and Walgreens a couple of minutes away by walking.

CONS: update treadmills in fitness center :-)

Great location floor plans are fabulous. only slight negative...parking. I think people should have to rent a spot/garage for each car.

I have had friends move out of this complex and had a horrible experience with the staff and fees and move out in general. It scary for us to think about moving out. We have lived there a couple of years so of course the apartment will have some wear and tear. I would not recommend this complex to anyone if thats how they treat people. My last apartment complex was so awesome when I moved out and Im terrified what your company will do when we decide to move out.

The leasing professional did an outstanding job of getting to know me and my needs, and then showing the community in an appealing way.

It's convenient to many places and highways. The staff is friendly and helpful. The community is quiet and in good condition. The only thing it lacks is up to date appliances in the apartments.

The best office staff around!

Most of my friends could not afford the rent here.

The property is renovating the pool area to have an outdoor kitchen station which makes the price a good deal considering all the other amenities. The lasing staff were easy to work with.

I'm not satisfied with what I'm paying in rent. Since I'm not happy, I'm not motivated to recommend this property to another.

I would because the office and maintenance staff make it great to live here.
