I have recommended this community to friends; however, not to friends with dogs. As many residences do not adhere to picking up after their dogs and this has caused my little one to be chronically ill and several visits to the vet, I would not wish this on them. However, a friend with no dogs or a cat...I would gladly recommend the community.

i like the community, i just have a bad taste in my mouth about the amount i pay for rent.

Expensive and lack of laundry facilities.

Due to the decline in upkeep of the pool area and the deterioration of the breezeway outside of my apartment I am a bit less likely to invite friends over.
During winter months the upkeep of the pool used to be much better. Now the secondary pool is green and was blocked off for many months.

The leasing agent was prepared, had a nice personality and knew her community well. She confidently answered any questions I asked and was professional. She was patient and represented the community and company very well.

The trash is allowed to set out the night before, all day sometimes on trash day. The parking is sub par at best and directly in front of my garage people repeatedly park IN THE DRIVE WAY, not in a parking space, and not a small vehicle. This is a quad cab extended bed truck! Over three months a note was finally placed on the window of said vehicle. That shows no concern for other peoples parking privileges.

I believe that the customer service was very good. The leasing professional made every attempt to put her and the property in the best possible light. My questions were answered in a courteous manner. The leasing professional made me feel that I fit in to the community.

I will be moving in on the 1st of the month and my experience so far has been above and beyond what I expected as far as ease of application, friendliness of the agents, and most importantly the proverbial "bang for my buck." I have never rented an apartment before and the staff has made me feel confident and assured that I am making the right decision. The rent rate for the area is unbeatable for the amount of square footage and security. I didn't get my garden tub, but for all of the other amenities - such as my own garage - I am willing to sacrifice. I will be following up on my review as my tenancy progresses, but I am in love so far!

EXCEPT FOR JESSE, repairs are sloppy, incomplete, and requests ignored. Lack of a grounds keeper. Garbage is backed-up and piled-up. Garbage dumpster use to be emptied 3 TIMES A WEEK, but this management cut it back to TWICE.

Seems as though the quality of people who are renting or living here is not the same as when I moved in ... Not the same pride in living here ..

I have always recommended this apartment community to others,especially female friends because I feel that it is an affordable, safe place to live that is convenient to many areas of the city.

My experience shopping over the phone and on-site was a very pleasant experience.

The apartment itself was nice but a bit skimpy on closet space. The fact that there was not a ceiling fan or light in the living room was a big minus in my estimation. The tubs in the bathrooms were not exceptional for the price asked for this apartment. Any price over a $1000 a month should at least have garden tubs or a modern spray/hose stall walk-in shower. The major closet in the master bedroom was a little odd since it stretched all the way to one side in ever narrowing size. I could easily see myself bumping my shoulders and elbows on the wall. It was not a comfortable design. Other than that, the floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the view of the pool was great. The balcony was adequate for a few chairs and a small table for serving snacks in the evening if company was there or for just sitting and gazing at the sky. The bedrooms were ample for queen size beds although the closet in the second bedroom was not at all inspiring and no bigger than a small coat closet with inadequate shelving. Again, for the price, I would expect to have at least one built-in such as a computer desk or book shelves.
