I would not recommended because the limited space for parking. Visitors have not space to park their cars on site.

Would not recommend because of automatic increases at every renewal based on "market value" I'm not receiving any more bang for my buck.

The noise level of being able to hear conversations thru the wall, the maintenance lack of initiative to fix the a/c completely instead of temporary fixes, & the parking.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
The community is conveniently located on the north side of town. The amenities are well maintained and of the standard variety for the area. I received a comprehensive professional tour of the community and a model apartment. The apartment had been updated with plank floors, new ceiling fans, and wall colors. Attached garages or carports are available to residents. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking an apartment in this area of the city.
