The community is beautifully landscaped, and the interiors are well maintained also. They offer different options for balconies or extended living areas. The amenities are well maintained and up to date.

It's kept up well.I would encourage folks to negotiate their rental rates based on what is offered compared to other complexes. Overall it is a great community. I would encourage the owner to reward those who choose to stay with no reduction in rent, such as a loyalty program or offer them free carpet cleanings, or put wood flooring in dining room.

The community was in an ideal location. The Leasing Professional was thorough and friendly. A detailed presentation was provided. I would probably recommend this community.

The apartments are very clean and well cared for but the price and the distance from Austin is not very desirable

I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The community was beautiful, and the clubhouse was very warm and inviting. The pool was amazing!

I feel the service and the rental living is very good for this community. The access to all needs are available in the area. The need to work in Austin is not a long drive.

Located about 35 minutes from Austin/work, which is too long for the price. Nice looking apartments though. And I wish they offered an after hours drop box for the rental/utility checks.

Nice apartment community, quiet and people seem friendly enough. It is a little on the pricey side for the size of the apartment, but there are good amenities that go with it and the complex is also newer. Also the added expenses that are charged (water, sewer, trash, landscaping fees) really drive the cost up on an already expensive place. Overall though, I love it here and recommend anyone looking in the area to check it out.
