Rent is too much for what is offered, not clean, recommended to my daughter who just recently moved out because she was not happy with the complex or staff.

Car break ins, dog poop, and snakes outside. Floor plan options aren't open.

This was a very nice community with some amazing specials and an impressive staff!

To long to explain why this place is so horrible and horribly run.

The apartments are very attractive and well maintained

my main use is the gym, which doesn't seem to get cleaned, the remotes are gone or have no batteries, a TV malfunctions every once in a while, etc.

There isn't a playground and the gym is small

Grounds are dirty. Trash frequently on ground throughout parking lot. Dumpsters overflowing. Dog poop throughout the grounds.

The rent is too high for the service received
Rent is always wrong, service requests take forever

Front office is rude don't answer phone don't speak when walking in the Manager who runs the company now is very ruied and disrespectful. Besides people in the offic everything else is great

There are so many other complexes that could provide the same amenities at a lower rental rate with fewer fees.

Likewise, over the last 2 years the quality of the complex has diminished primarily because of domestic disputes/disturbances and pet owners not cleaning up afteright their dogs

My billing is constantly incorrect since the last change over to the new admin.

No security, resident just whatever they want. Very noisy cars racing inside the apartment complex.

Expensive for such few amenities
