I would like to recommend this apartment

The main bad thing about the apartment complex is the parking is terrible. Hard to find decent parking after 8 PM. Also, the residents pets are pretty annoying.

Do not like the fact I have to pay for services that I do not use. Like the trash valet.

I'm neutral on living here. The decline in quality of neighbors is offset by low price.

I would recommend this apartment community because it really is wonderfully priced and the apartments are beautiful. I would not recommend this apartment because of the office staff. There is an incredibly high turn-over rate between office staff and maintenance personnel.

Maintenance is very good. Grounds are well maintained.The Settlement is located between Austin and San Antonio and close enough so the residents can go either way easily.

It is quiet. Sound from apartment above ne is minimal. Parking is quite good with options for covered parking and garages.

The apartments are very attractive.

There is never any parking I live in building nine and often have to park by the office, never have I seen a “security patrol” and when I have called to report noise there is no answer to the phone number that was given to us. Many cars are parked in the front of the buildings that do not have a resident sticker.

I would because I like my apartment and the pool is really nice. On the other hand I wouldn't because of how awful the girl that helped me on my original move in date treated me. I look back now and wished I had contacted her boss. I would never want someone with her attitude and customer service to deal with my current/potential residents.

The new staff seems to be making a lot of changes for the best of the residents

Monthly rent invoice do not show extra charges or an explanation.. when questioned to the office is always extra fees for contract renewal. For the last 4 month errors on my rent statements.

Good quiet friendly home atmosphere

Clean environment, Friendly staff. Amenities of the property are nice.

The community was very nice and looked well cared for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
