Super quiet

For apartment dwellers, I guess it's okay. I would recommend.

Great property physically and maintenance staff is great, but the extra fees added to rent are ridiculous.

Property is a little worn (railings, landscape). Rules about dogs, balcony decor, and trash are not enforced. Pool rules not enforced. Dog park fence is not good, park itself is a little plain.

I don’t receive any form of notification if the office signs for or takes in a package that was to be delivered to me. The access codes I was given upon move in were either incorrect or they were changed and I wasn’t given the new ones. The gym has terrible ventilation and is hot, the result is that I never want to use it when that was a big factor when I was looking for an apartment. I’d rather know about updates to the amenities I’m paying for than social events.

Over all it is a very nice place to live.

Management, office and maintenance personnel are considerate and helpful.

I love it here its like living in a retreat it's very peaceful

The laundry room is very dirty and the drying machines has gum and other articles stuck inside....

The kids not able to go out and play because there so much dog pooped everywhere.!

The dirtiest front doors and frames I have ever seen at an apartment complex.

I may or may not recommend the community to family and friends.

It’s wonderful! But there’s been A good amount of break ins to vehicles since I’ve been here the past 3 years. So that’s not something I’d like my friends or family to worry about if they are paying so much for a luxury-ish apartment.

This community was appealing, and the amenities were clean and well cared for. The Leasing Professional worked to meet my needs in finding the perfect fit apartment.

Only with this warm and welcoming staff. Previous manager was horrible and I do not know how she got the job. I was ready to break my lease with her in charge. But now it is calm and very welcoming.
