Would recommend due to the area and community the units are located in.

I've enjoyed living in these apartments...great location, safety reasons, price, people. It's been a great place to live!

The apartment community is great and I enjoy all the ammentities . I just did not like the fact the AC has to run so much. Questions whether the apartments are insulated properly?? Why does the apartment not stay insulated??

The property is welled kept,the apartments have a lot of space.

I have recommended this complex to several people with the caveat that the 2nd floor apartments would be a better choice because of sound. I have lived in two different 1st floor units, and it is extremely loud when the people above me are home. The apartments should have been built with a better sound quality.

This apartment complex has the worst customer service that I have experienced out of every place that I have lived. Not only will the cost of your lease go up, but apparently it is your duty as a resident to call the police every time a car is parked illegally- or you as the resident is up for suspicion and will be accused and put up for EVICTION!?
The desk lady named Jessica who tries to run your life has an extremely rude and one-sided way of handling her job and treated my guests and I so personally and poorly that we felt offended and now want to move. As a resident, you will be wrongly accused and mistreated and Jessica will even tell you that she doesn't believe your word- even in the case of no actual wrong-doing by the good overpaying residents.
If your guests are woken up at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning by a serious domestic dispute upstairs and go to the residents door and politely ask to be quiet you are now as well up for EVICTION in Jessica's eyes. Domestic disputes seem to be a regular thing at the Marquis and it is a regular issue that she does not care to address seriously. One morning, I had over five or six state troopers and police invading my garage because my neighbor was assaulting and arguing with his wife. Even the courtesy officer for the apartment agrees with my roommate and I about this ongoing situation.
As good residents, our cars have been sticker-ed in our own dive-way for parking there "illegally." The one time we put a note on a cars windshield that was illegally parked, we were called and aggressively told by Jessica that we were up for EVICTION once more over no actual wrong-doing; we were told that we didn't follow rules (which don't even actually exist and are not on paper ANYWHERE).
I highly recommend never signing a lease with such an unreliable and uncoordinated apartment complex, especially if you don't want to deal with unnecessary headaches and accusations from disrespectful employees.

Despite my frustration with the phone situation, I love living here. I love the proximity to everything I need: church, grocery stores, dry cleaners, retail all while being nestled in a beautiful subdivision away from it all.

Am promoting this community within my work environment and friends.

I like the apartments. No real complaints at all. And I have alredy recommened to people that it is a great place.

Nice community but overpriced.

It's a great area. The apartments look nice inside and out. The amenities are solid. The garage is a major selling point. The only drawback is that you are going to have a higher rent to get these things. But it's the best complex when you stack all of the others in the same price range against it.

THE GARBAGE CREW ARE A BUNCH OF JUVENILES.

I feel its a very dark apartment complex and needs better lighting and needs a fence put up to keep it feeling safe.

Again - the apartments themselves are too loud - and the same price as a lot of other apartments.
