Quality of residents has declined. Office personnel have too many typos and errors in their communication emails with residents. Regardless of the type of communication, there should not be any grammatical errors in anything printed or posted by the complex. It's called spellcheck and proofreading.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at the community was that it was a small community growing and at the same time providing reasonable amenities to make community appeal to customers at a reasonable price. The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing agent was professional and friendly and was able to take charge and at the same time make the tour lively by striking up conversations and getting to know me as a potential resident.
