The management is impossible to reach. The owners must not live in TX because they appear to be unaware that an 84 year old handicap woman should not have to try to understand what management is doing during the current emergency situation.

The property was well presented by the agent. All that the community and the management company offers is impeccable. To know they care about the levels of service they provide gives great confidence to not only the potential resident but to the leasing agent as well. This helps them to represent the property in a positive manner. During my tour and also in the call that was made, I did not feel overwhelmed by all of the information that I was given. I think it was informative and the presentation contained all that I needed to know about the property, the management company, the surrounding areas, and the overall vibe of the community.

This property was amazing! If I were looking to move, for sure I would have put in an offer right then and there. From the entrance to the leasing office, the community was too amazing for words. Rose and Mae, the property manager, were so inviting and caring. They were attentative to my needs. Mae came out to me and introduced herself and shook my hand. There should be better pest control service provided. I have to make sure each month pest control is scheduled to enter my apartment. I keep a very clean and tidy place. However the current company does very little exterminating.
