I would decide to live there solely based on the leasing agent's personality. The rent was fairly high for the square feet. However, the property was kept very well and the apartment looked like they tried to update it regularly.

The leasing professional and I had developed a nice rapport, and we conversed very easily and naturally. She did not have a canned presentation for me; we just talked. She was interested in finding me a unit that would satisfy my stated needs and told me about her experience living there and how much she liked it. The apartment was nothing special but it was a good value for the money, especially given the location.
