safe neighborhood,no crime, schools are very nice . I like here.So Neighbor,s pets are very disturbing us

The leasing consultant did an awesome job, she was very nice and made me feel important.

Everything is good except pest control, it is very bad you should suffer with cockroaches..

I would tell them that your kids get to go to Coppell ISD but you have to learn to live with insects primarily centipedes, spiders, cockroaches.

Got good space and at great location.

Based on my experience at Reflections over a year
1 I have requested the maintenance by submitting the work orders online. Couple of times, I had to additionally call them to complete the maintenance request.
2 Heating and AC doesnt cool heat all the rooms equally. Heating - Cooling isnt efficient
3 Electricity bill in these apartments is anywhere from 80, whether or not you use the electricity
4 Cockroaches are the universal problem in these apartments and maintenance does nothing about it
5 Utility bill is 60 minimum per month.

This property is an older property and that shows in the amenities and in some of the features inside the apartment. Even though there could be some updating, the landscaping was beautiful and the community was tucked in the back of a highly populated area which gave it a sense of peace. The staff was very friendly and engaging, and they seemed to take pride in their property. The residents seemed friendly among each other and there was a sense of community with the property.

The leasing agent was amazing and very caring. The apartment was very nice and well taken care of. I thought the kitchen was really small, but had nice appliances. The property was very peaceful and I loved all of the trees. I would move here.

The community was not outstanding. It was average. The grounds were clean. There were not enough garages. The apartment looked old. The kitchen and bathroom needed updating. The community was slightly impressive.

This was a small, beautiful community in a park-like setting. There were walking trails and a very nice pool area with a spa and a large gas grill. The community was well maintained and had been kept updated. The apartment and the community had the features and amenities one would expect. The location was very near the headquarters of the airport and many of the major highways. There was plenty of shopping, retail, entertainment, and restaurants nearby.

I cannot express how impressed I was with this community. I loved it! The manager was wonderful and If I had any concerns I would never hesitate to contact her. She appeared to take pride in her job, as well as the property.

This appears to be an older property, but it is quiet. Renovations outside are ongoing.

I thought overall the community was okay. There was nothing that really stuck out to me that would make me eager to live there.

The community was nice and clean. The agent was great in demonstrating the community.
