I enjoyed the tour and liked the leasing agent. I could see this as a possible future home.

The leasing professional told me facts about the property, the amenities and told me benefits of living there. She answered all my questions, and determined my needs. The community was clean and nice.

kitchen is too small in the B-2 2-bied, 2-bath apartment, which is the largest apartment available. The master bath that was in a B-1 apartment that I lived in before I moved in here hardly had any moving space.

I will definitely recommend to my friends. Infact already recommended to couple of friends and they already moved in.
I would like to take this opportunity to let the Management know that incase of any plumbing problem and want to stop the water service temporarily, please let the residents know in advance (atleast 1 day before). Because couple of times suddenly water stopped for 5 hours due to some plumbing problem and we were not notified. It becomes very difficult for us during these times as we are not prepared.

Overall the apartment was appealing to a certain level. The leasing professional was very interactive and nice, and she was informative and pointed out all the good benefits of the apartment. I like how well kept the community was.

It should not be your first choice.

I am right now in a smaller 2-bedroom apartment. I feel that the total floor space is very small and very cramped. I would have liked to have stayed on, if the bathroom were bigger in the B-1 apartment. .

Parking space availability is very bad on most of the days t I have experienced. It is always a problem and it is like playing musical chairs. There are more garages than open spaces. Either the open space spots need to be increased or the garage rental rates should be made lower to make them affordable.
As there are no vent fans in the bathroom, the bathtub does not dry up after use and the bathroom develops a musty smell. The master bath should be bigger and more spacious in the B1 type apartment..
More towel rods should be installed in both the bathrooms. The soap holder is at an angle and does not hold a bar of soap, and the soap keeps slipping off and falls into the tub. Apparently this is something that cannot be corrected.

I enjoyed my visit to the community. The grounds were very well kept up and the number of amenities was acceptable. I would have liked to see some security gates or security systems in each apartment. The appliances were also a bit outdated. However, the apartments represented a good value in the Las Colinas area.

This was a clean and well kept community, with friendly staff.

The overall appearance of the vacant apartment was very nice. Carpeting was plush, and the apartment was well lit by outside light. It was a nice area, but I thought pricing was a bit high for such an old building.

A community managed by professionals dedicated to enhancing your lifestyle, a place where one would be proud to call home.

The apartment floorplan was great and the price was reasonable. The gym had a few pieces of equipment.
