I might recommend this place to someone else. The leasing professional could have made it a little better by being more into the selling of the community.
Peace and Quite
I have really enjoyed living at the Oaks of Valley Ranch for the past 3 years and hope to stay another 3+. Staff is aways pleasent and helpful, the grounds are kept nice and clean. Units are spacious, starting to get a bit pricy for renters that chose to stay as I have, since I have seen renters in phase I come an go within months of moving in, it would nice to see a rent not go up every year for long time renters. Parking can be a bit challenging at times and there could be more covered parking. Usually maintaince is very good, but I have had 1 issue with my toilte backing up and NO ONE ever showed to fix it,( New Years Eve) good thing I moved from and house and knew what to do. It would also be nice not to hear EVERY STEP the upstairs neighbors make. But over all my stay here has been very good and hope to stay longer.

I was impressed with the professionalism that I encountered with the agent. The community was very well kept and felt comfortable. The mature trees made it feel less like being right next to a busy street.

I enjoyed my tour of this property. The apartment I viewed was spacious and updated. I do feel that the pricing is a bit expensive for the community features offered.
Thank you for your kind review of The Oaks of Valley Ranch. We do make an effort to customize each tour based on our client’s specific needs, resulting in an enjoyable experience. I am sorry to hear your objection to our current pricing. We are currently utilizing a Rent Optimizing System. This system generates and changes our pricing daily, based on current availability, specific amenities and the demand for a particular unit type. It is very similar to buying an airline ticket. Meaning, one day you view the website in search of a bargain priced fare. The price proposed at that time is not what you are comfortable spending, but you really want to go on vacation! So you follow up and check a few days/weeks later, noticing the fluctuating rates and when you find that perfect price for your desired time frame, you jump on it! This same concept applies to leasing one of our apartments. Only we are here to help assist you in finding that Perfect apartment at your Preferred price.

I really liked the community and I would consider moving there. The agent was very helpful. The grounds made the property inviting with all the trees and grass.
overworked maintentance, understaffed maintenance
with serious wisdom teeth surgery, the following day the toilet was clogged so couldn't leave home and had to WAIT 4 HOURS until maintenance came. Leasing staff were not empathetic nor helpful by phone :-( :-( :-( FAIL
Descent, but could certainly use some updating.
Not Good- I would probably enjoy it better if I couldn't hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes. AND if there was better lighting outside after dark, it's way to dark from the street and throughout the complex. AND better sewage to drain the water when it rains. It's like walking in a lake from my building to the parking lot. More covered parking would definetly be good. I have to wash my car at least twice a week due to the leaves and acorns.

its nice and quiet with the exception of me living next to older people who knocks on my wall when my tv is too loud.
