LPC property grounds are always exceptional, but the apartments feel old even with updates. Maybe if there was a little more attention to mouldings and maybe granite, that would be the extra punch needed to make them more marketable to me.

It was a nice community, but nothing that overly excited me. The leasing professional was friendly.

The grounds were very well kept. The apartment was spacious and clean. The community was in a great location that is not very busy, but still close to outside amenities.

The apartments have community events,a different one each month which is a great way to meet neighbors.

The community amenities that I viewed were ordinary, just like they offer next door and down the road. The common areas were well maintained, the plantings were fresh and healthy, and the community pride was shining through. The consultant demonstrated a genuine interest in finding me the right place to live. She was better than most and went the extra mile to help resolve my storage problem. She was energetic and creative. The agent was natural and engaging throughout the presentation. Based on the facts presented I would feel comfortable living there and calling it home.

The leasing professional made me feel important. She provided me with the information I needed and pointed out all amenities she thought would interest me. She also included my daughter for the viewing process, which let me know that she was aware that I was not the only person who was involved or that she was listening. It was pleasant and I did not feel rushed.

The agent did not show me any community amenities. The community was also initially very difficult to locate.
