Poor Maintenance and frequent water shut off

It is a very nice community. Lots of parking. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance work is done within short notice.

One think we did not like about the apartment is the carpeting in dinning area. I will prefer the dinning area not to be covered with carpets. Especially if you have kids then it is very difficult to maintain that place.

The property seemed like a pleasant place to live, as the grounds were decent. The leasing professional had no motivation nor excitement for selling the property. They both did a mediocre job. The apartment was nice and clean and spacious. Decorations were modern. The prices were a bit steep for what they were offering.

Lot of insects and carpet floor is not proper, since from our joining date.

Overall stay has been decent. However, I would like to see staff enforce clean up dog poop by owner. Because of the lack of courtesy from neighbors, rating is a four. I do believe if staff put forth more energy to let residents know about repercussions of not cleaning up dog poop, property appearance can be desirable. I would like to enjoy my walks in the morning and afternoon without stepping on dog poop throughout the parking lot and landscape. Recommendation Enforce dog clean up poop by owner

CLEAN, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND I LOVE THE ONE BEDROOM DEN APARTMENT LAYOUT

The community had the benefits of mature landscaping and large trees. The apartment model was nicely done. The presentation was done well but the copies I received were copied crooked.

The property was well maintained and felt like home. I could definitely see myself living there and would encourage others to live there as well. My leasing professional cared about my needs and wanted me to make this my new home.

Nice but need to be updated

Complex has continued ongoing issues with dog waste throughout the property. Also, there is no valid track of water usage. Complex does not provide an itemized statement with water bill usage. For Example Gallons per monthly usage is not included in statement.
Overall, maintenance is prompt, front office staff is friendly, and amenities are feasible.

Nice neighbors, convenient location, prompt maintenance. Was easy and comfortable to live here. I would have stayed a very long time had I not gotten a job transfer.

I would tell them this is the greatest complex on the face of this earth.The staff is awesome. Brooke is a awesome property manager. Here staff is always eager to help and give you the best information possible. I usually deal with the you African lady she is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work you ladies offer customer service at its greatest.

Overall the experience has been great. parking is very accessible, spacious floorplan and the noise level is minimum. The apartments are very expensive to be so old, I would suggest a renovation of apartments as they become vacant. There are cracks in the walls and ceilings. I've had to send a maintenance request for the same issue with my dishwasher 3 times.
