If someone was looking for a cheap apartment in a central location, I would agree that yall are it. However, I have not enjoyed living here and probably will not resign my lease, especially if the rent does go up.
Well kept, but my apartment is outdated
I would say that I like it because of the location and the maintenance is great when fixing problems.
I think this is a great community to live in
It is an awesome place to live. The community is friendly, quiet and safe. I've never felt so safe going for a run around the community or participating in activies in certain spots. All questions/concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.
Lovely place to live, excellent staff, high quality services.
I am glad I made this choice over others!
Great Apartment Living with just two exceptions I love it here!
I'd say, the amenities are great! - I love having a country club, a gym, a walking path and my favorite thing is probably the Christmas Lights. I love the location of my apartment and it's right by the pool and conveniently very close to my moms building in the bend only across the street.
The only negative things I would mention are my two exceptions. One has to do with a need for better extermination methods. I absolutely hat bugs and several times a year and even more during the summer it's a couple of times a week there are large cockroaches in my apartment. I wish there was a way to keep them out for good. The second situation has to do with unfortunately inconsiderate neighbors who choose to break the rules by having dogs on the premises. I specifically chose this complex to avoid animals because I'm frightened of them. I am involved with people with disabilities often in my work and I have no issues with assisted living pets. But these animals I see regularly around the complex have no markings that they are helping disabled people - and on at least 3 occasions I have seen the owners let the pets run free as they throw balls and frisbees. I have understood assisted living animals to be trained as work animals, they do not run and play - it's not part of their training and they get their joy and fulfillment from taking care of their owners and being companions for them. I would have only a slightly less issue with these pet owners if they at minimum cleaned up after their pets but they do not I've even had to spend time and money to have my work shoes professionally cleaned because of dog mess in the mail room that I stepped in and dropped my mail on because I simply was not expecting to have to side step dog feces within an enclosed public area of the community. This blatant rule breaking has had a bitter effect on my enjoyment of my apartment and this community.

We have really enjoyed our time at the Village.
It is a safe, family-friendly environment that iis in close proximity to many great shops, restaurants, grocery and the metro. It has been a great experience living at The Green II in the Village.
