Maintenance staff are very friendly

Village apartments have been an integral part in my life from the day I landed in Dallas I like living in Greens the area has been maintained and well kept. Hope you guys keep up your good job.

This is a good place to live.

This property is well-priced and convenient, and the amenities are amazing. The appliances and kitchens are a bit out-dated, as well is the exterior of the buildings, but the apartments overall are a great value. The office staff and maintenance are also very responsive and great to work with. I would recommend all of my friends live here.

The Green is a great choice to live in, especially if you re new to Dallas. It s safe, affordable, well-maintained, and the staff are always very accommodating. Yes, the building is on the older side and doesn t have the modern exterior that newer complexes have, but the grounds are well-taken care of and the interior is nice for it s price range. It comes with a free membership to the Village Country Club, which is constantly hosting fun events, free exercise classes, and is just a great place to hang out. I know several people that live here, and all of them love it. Would highly recommend.

I'd tell them to get a newer building in the green

Overall, it is very convenient to everything. The landscape is well maintained and service requests are resolved promptly. However, the value of the rent is not high since the apartments are old and outdated.
